All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP and may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Orders outside of the UK and some EU orders may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country.
Hair Gain has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
We will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on www.hairgainnow.com if it is returned within 28 days of the date of purchase.
We promise to refund any unopened items that you are not completely happy with, within 10 days of receipt. Payment will be credited to your original method of payment and you will be notified by email when your refund has been processed. Any returns after 28 days will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for paying postage. We are not obliged to issue refunds for any opened products.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods. You can ask for a proof of postage and keep this for reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.
