How long am I signed up for?

This subscription is for an upfront commitment of 6 months, or two boxes (each with a 180 day supply of supplements). These will be delivered and charged half-yearly (every six months). After this point, the subscription will continue rolling each half-year automatically, unless you opt-out or cancel.

By purchasing a 6 month subscription you agree to an initial pre-payment to Nutritional Beauty London Ltd, trading as Hair Gain, for the first box and then a second payment which will be taken automatically 6 months later. So if you sign up today, you will pay for one box now, then your second box in 6 months’ time. Your subscription will be auto-renewed half-yearly (every six months) after the initial upfront commitment of 6 months has passed. After this point, you can cancel your subscription at any time subject to the terms of our cancellation policy. If we do not receive payment, then we will not ship your order. If you cancel and the subscription box has already been shipped then the usual returns and refund policies will apply and we may not be able to process your cancellation if the box has already shipped. Hair Gain will automatically process your half-yearly subscription fee at the then current 6 month subscription box rate. You accept responsibility for all reoccurring charges prior to cancellation.

When will I receive my subscription box?

You will receive your first Hair Gain 6 month subscription box within 3-4 working days of purchasing.

When will I be charged?

Your first payment will be taken upon subscription. Your next payment will be taken automatically 6 months thereafter. For example, if you place your first order on 1st January then the first payment will leave your account on 1st January. Your next payment will be taken on 1st June and your next Hair Gain subscription box will be shipped and delivered within 3-4 working days of that payment date.

After the initial upfront commitment of 6 months has passed, your subscription will be auto-renewed half-yearly (every six months). You can cancel your subscription at any time after the upfront commitment has passed.

Payment will be shown on your bank statement from Nutritional Beauty London Ltd.

How much do I save by subscribing?

You save 20% off the RRP, you will not be charged a shipping fee, plus you will receive a free gift with every box.

How do I cancel?

You can opt-out of auto-renewal and can cancel your following half-year subscription box at any point up to one week before the next billing and shipping cycle by contacting the Hair Gain team via email at enquiries or within your online account, but only AFTER the first 6 month commitment period has passed, or two boxes (each with a 90 day supply of supplements) have been received.

Once the first 6 months' commitment has ended, if you want to cancel your subscription you must do so before the following half-year’s box is billed and shipped (you will get a notification when this is due). Your subscription will be auto-renewed half-yearly (every six months) once the initial 6 month period has ended. You accept responsibility for all reoccurring charges prior to cancellation.
